Getting to Portugal

By Airplane

You will arrive at Lisbon’s only airport, Humberto Delgado.

Transportation from the Airport:

You can get to your destination in different ways, such as by bus, metro, taxi, and Uber.

Bus

After going through the arrivals gate at the exit of Terminal 1, you will find the Aerobus stop. This transport service provides frequent departures from the airport, ensuring connections between the city’s main points, the bus terminal in Sete Rios and the railroad in Entrecampos, Cais do Sodré and the two airport terminals.

Metro

The city of Lisbon has a good subway line. At the airport (Terminal 1), there is a station called “Aeroporto”; from there, you can reach various parts of the city. (Sometimes, it will be necessary to switch lines, depending on where you’re staying)

Taxi and Uber/Bolt

Both are available 24/7. You can find taxis at Terminal 1’s arrivals gate and call an Uber at the Terminal 1 exit.

Lisbon Nightlife

Lisbon is well known for its nightlife. The Bairro Alto district and surrounding area are considered one of the two most prominent hot spots for nightlife in Lisbon, with more than 100 bars and restaurants in a small neighbourhood. Lisbon has a vibrant nightlife scene, which spills onto the cobbled streets of Chiado, watches the dawn come up over the Tagus River and serenades the stars from rooftop bars in the fragrant, warm night air. There are haunts for the young and clubs for the locals: old favourites like “O Pavilhão Chinês” and newcomers like Praia no Parque, where dinner continues seamlessly into dancing.

Weather Forecast

April is in the spring in Lisbon, during daytime an average of around 10°C (50°F), whilst at night, 16°C (60,8°F) is expected. For more information, you can consult the following link
